What is Retatrutide?
Retatrutide (LY3437943) is a single synthetic peptide engineered to activate three receptors: GLP-1, GIP and glucagon. It carries a fatty-acid modification that supports once-weekly pharmacokinetics in research settings.
Mechanism of Action
