What is HGH?
Human growth hormone (somatotropin) is a 191-amino-acid, single-chain polypeptide produced by the anterior pituitary. Research-grade HGH is produced by recombinant DNA technology and is identical in sequence to the native hormone.
Mechanism of Action
HGH binds growth-hormone receptors throughout the body, stimulating hepatic IGF-1 production and directly promoting lipolysis, protein synthesis and cell proliferation.
Research Applications
